Insurance

Nebo Hill Sanctuary accepts some insurance plans. All providers accept Aetna. Some providers are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City. In the near future, some providers will be in-network with Kansas Medicaid (UHCCP & Healthy Blue). Please verify with therapist and your insurance company to determine in-network options.

For out-of-network providers and plans, you have the option of private-pay and to submit claims to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Developmental therapies are offered through KC:DT, which does accept many insurance plans. For verification on specific plans for each location, please contact KC:DT directly.

FSA and HSA

Nebo Hill Sanctuary accepts Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) for office-based and equine-assisted therapy services.

Private Pay

Nebo Hill Sanctuary accepts private pay clients. Fees vary depending on services. Office-based therapy range from $110-$130 per hour. Some providers offer a sliding scale option that ranges from $80-$110 per hour. Equine-assisted therapy is $160 per hour and accepts FSA/HSA payments. Please confirm payment options and rates with therapist prior to beginning sessions.
