I am a licensed professional counselor providing therapeutic services for residents in Missouri, Kansas, Wisconsin, and Michigan. I have over a decade of experience providing diverse mental health services and therapy to children, parents, and adults for over a decade. I have health psychology experience ranging from working in children’s hospital to to collaborating in mobile health services which provided HIV education in South Africa. I have also worked with refugee clients as well as children and families affected by trauma and severe mental health needs. Additionally, I spent over 5 years providing school-based therapy and evaluations as well suicide prevention services to students within K-12 schools across Missouri.
I am certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. I am passionate about helping individuals through the reproductive years. These personal experiences are why I enjoy and deeply value supporting individuals with anxiety, trauma, parenting as well as women and mothers throughout the lifespan.
I also have ponies and donkeys that I adore and find true healing, connection, and presence from interacting with equines. This has inspired me to begin working towards my certification in Equine Assisted Therapy through Natural Lifemanship.
